OK, so I've been tagged just like everyone else.....

1. I love all animals, and they seem to love me back.
2. I have a cat that weighs 25 lbs named Monkey, a bunny named Peanut (not 25 lbs, but fat and happy) and several fish and frogs.
3. I have enough comic books to open a comic book store.
4. My favorite food is TACOS!!!!!
5. I am the art director for a nationally known candy company.
6. I am very good at origami, although none is posted yet.
7. I try to ride my mountain bike at least 50 miles per week, and could easily ride that distance in one stretch.
8. I am an excellent baker, and have been told i should open a bakery selling all my sweets to the public. i have created several recipes of my own from Super chocolate cake to puffy chocolate chip cookies to pineapple upsidedown cake. I am very popular around the holidays and birthdays with my friends and family!

What can I say about Vanessa? At first glance, her drawing looks like it was done by a seasoned veteran in the comics world......thats when you notice she is still a teen! She shows incredible poise and elegance in her lines and pencils, creating clean and tight images that any inker or colorist would drool over.

I feel she is extremely under-appreciated, and has quietly gained the support and watches from some of the best comic artists on Da. If you don't go and meet her now, I think she will be too busy for you when she starts penciling her own comics! She also knows and loves the characters she is drawing, which come through in her designs.

I will proudly continue to watch this very talented young lady, and look forward to many years of great designs and drawings from her in the future.
